Mission Statement
The purpose of the "Maverick Orchestra Boosters" is to maintain and improve the McNeil High School Orchestra program as well as to provide encouragement and generate support for the Orchestra. We also support the orchestra programs at Deerpark Middle School, Cedar Valley Middle School, and Pearson Ranch Middle School with contributions and in-kind support. The Booster Club is organized exclusively for non-profit educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Positive interaction between the Booster Club, School officials, Orchestra directors, Orchestra students, McNeil student body, and the general public.
- Encouragement of school, parent and community participation in the organization.
- Help Orchestra students through Fundraising, Chaperoning, Meals, and Merchandise Sales.
- Support Orchestra activities:
- Monthly Social Events - For the students to have fun, de-stress and bond together.
- Fundraising to Support the Upcoming Year - Sheet Music, Clinicians, Contest Entry Fees
- Promote the Orchestra - Orchestra Merchandise, Table at School Events
